Mainenance
I am a resident of Deer Creek 55+ Apartments. I have lived here since they opened in May 2019. I have seen many maintenance ... teams come and go. The team of Abdul and Marlon was exceptional. Marlon had a lot of previous hospitality related experience and the passed that onto Abdul. The present team Abdul & Carlos is exceptional as well. They are PROMPT!! I rarely have to wait more than a day for regular maintenance. Emergency....they try their best to attend to the issue quickly. I may only suggest that Shapell seriously consider hiring more maintenance staff. This is a large community and we need more than two. You need one person to clean up the dog droppings from this community; for example. I would like to commend the new manager at Deer Creek, Konisha Hammons. She is warm and welcoming. Best of all she is responsive ... to the residents. She remembered me after one brief visit and has so far helped me out twice, quickly and successfully. She is also knowledgeable about the workings of the business.
